Over last 10 years banks, building societies, credit card companies, and many other organisations have been falling over themselves to lend money, with the result that the total amount lent to individuals now tops £1 trillion.
Unfortunately in their haste to lend money lenders have cut corners and in many cases abandoned proper and responsible lending practices.
Lending institution are now finding that many of their loans are made on poorly completed Consumer Credit Act 1974 (CCA loan) forms, which could have the effect of making the loans unenforceable. In addition, they have paid brokers undisclosed commissions and have mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance policies (PPI).

If you believe your credit agreement is unenforceable, or if you think the broker that arranged your loan received a secret commission, or if you think you were mis-sold a payment protection policy, please contact us immediately as you may be entitled to claim compensation.
